Route two
Build a new facility from the ground up
A new plant is the only point at which energy, heat and material loops can be designed together instead of retrofitted. Built correctly, the sustainable option is also the lower operating cost.
From site selection to ramp-up
One team carries the project through concept design, permitting support, process and utilities engineering, construction management and commissioning.
- Site selection, permitting support and concept design
- Full process, energy and utilities engineering
- Investment structuring and construction financing
- Construction management, commissioning and ramp-up
- Renewable supply and resource loops integrated from day one
- Digital layer for control, monitoring and decision support
Ownership decided before the first drawing
The facility can sit on your balance sheet, on ours, or inside a joint company. That decision shapes the financing structure, so it is taken at the start rather than negotiated at handover.
What you pay
100% of the agreed project CAPEX is funded by Net Zero, structured against long-term output or offtake. Payment is a long-term output agreement, or a shared position in a joint company where you want a share of the asset.
Who this fits
Groups with proven demand and a defined product who need capacity, and who would rather commit to output over a term than to capital today.
