Most industrial sites do not need to be replaced. They need a different energy, heat and resource base underneath the same production line — funded, engineered and installed without stopping the plant.
What changes inside the plant
We start from the demand curve of your own process: how much heat, at what temperature, at what hours, and what the electricity profile looks like across a working week. The design follows that curve rather than a standard package.
- Process heat replacement and electrification of thermal duty where the process allows
- Onsite solar and battery storage where the site and the load profile justify it
- Renewable heat, including biomass, where electrification is not viable
- Heat recovery between process stages, water reuse and effluent treatment
- Monitoring and control so the saving is measured, not assumed
Production keeps running
Tie-ins, cut-overs and commissioning are sequenced around your production plan and scheduled maintenance windows. Phasing is part of the engineering, agreed before anything is ordered.
What you pay
100% of the agreed project CAPEX is funded by Net Zero, subject to technical feasibility, investment approval and contract. You then pay through a supply agreement for what is delivered, or through a shared-results structure measured against a baseline agreed before work starts.
